Lets start with it, its not an outstanding hotel, but the ubication its ok, it has lot of comerce places at walking distance. The rooms are great, I loved that AC its not direct in front of bed, so you could sleep better. The breakfast its included and its ok. I could tell that its perfect on buisness trips. I used the sierra madre restaurant and its quite good. The swiming pool its under maintainance, and the rates are ok. Go for it, looks new and clean.
Very well situated hotel with amazing amenities like an indoor pool and a 24 gym. Its also very well in regards to security and customer service. I was helped by the receptionist and she went out of her way to ensure that my room was ready a bit earlier than usual.
Spent 1 night here as a layover. Hotel was nice and located in an area of quite a few eating places. Sam's Club was next door also. Staff was nice and professional. Will stay here again if I'm in Monterrey.
It's a great hotel with a lobby lounge ideal to have conversations or just to spend the time comfortably, it also has some pretty professional conference rooms with capacity of 70 people. It is placed in a good location with its own accessible free parking lot and the staff there are is really attentive making the overall experience just great.

Excellent! My friend and I visited from the US. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly. Dariel was a standout individual who was eager to help in any way possible. He spoke English very well and made sure to help translate if neeeded. Having a little Spanish was helpful but the staff were very patient. Great breakfast, safe and secure with keys needed to get to the guest room floors. 10/10 Would stay again if in Monterrey!
Excelent customer service. Good location. Unfortunately the a/c at the business center was not working due to a faulty control...otherwise it is a nice and confortable room. The rooms were clean and well served.
This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed and the service was above and beyond. We thought air didn't work but you use your key to turn it on!! Wow!! who knew.. our room was very nice.The breakfast was delicious. MAYRA was so helpful to us every morning, within one day she knew us and how we liked our coffee. We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary while we were there. They made our bed so adorable. We came back in to wine and a beautiful cheese and olive plate.. it was so great!! Thank you!
